The Permanent Commission for Unicamp Entrance Exams (Comvest) is publishing the list of candidates em first call for Unicamp 2021 Entrance Exam and fourth call in the 2021 Olympic Vacancies. Candidates should consult the lists on the Comvest website (www.comvest.unicamp.br). All those invited to this call must register non-face-to-face, from 9 am to 17 pm on March 15, exclusively online, on the Comvest page, using your registration number and password. Candidates called in the first option who do not complete electronic registration are excluded from the modality. A second call of the Unicamp Entrance Exam will be announced on March 17th, together with the last call for Olympic Vacancies. Electronic registration for those called up on both lists must be carried out on March 22nd. To the notes of candidates in the 2021 Entrance Exam will be available from March 10th.
Candidates selected according to the ethnic-racial quota system must go through the Investigating Committee. Validation of the self-declaration presented by candidates opting for ethnic-racial quotas will only occur after the phenotype assessment carried out by the Commission, with enrollment being conditional on approval by the Investigating Committee, in accordance with resolution GR-074/2020. Quota candidates must access the Investigative Committee's interview platform, as well as the guidelines and protocols.
Candidates who compete in more than one modality should be aware of:
– candidates who participate in more than one of the selection systems provided for in Deliberation CONSU-A-032/2017 will be automatically excluded from vacancies in other systems when they register in the system in which they were called.
– if a candidate has been called in the same course, in the same call, in the Unicamp 2021 Vestibular and in other admission systems, the vacancy to be filled will be that of the Unicamp 2021 Vestibular, allowing other candidates to be called through the other systems.
– if a candidate has been invited to different courses, in the same call, in the Unicamp 2021 Vestibular and in other admission system(s), the enrollment that they completed first will be considered as an option, as a gesture of their deliberate choice .
– if a candidate enrolled in the same course, in different admission systems, is called in one of the systems and does not enroll, he or she will be excluded from subsequent calls in other systems.
Enrollment in second option
Candidates invited to the course chosen as second option They must register online and, whether or not they choose, wait for a possible place for their first option course (relocation). Second-choice candidates who do not register online will lose their place (second option), but will continue to compete for the first-option course, and may therefore be called up in the next calls, according to the classification criteria.
Enrollment procedures
After registration online, the Academic Board (DAC) will carry out registration (according to the date of each call) and all students will receive by email, from March 15th, a Registration Declaration and access password to the Academic Management System (SIGA). From that moment on, students must complete the upload of the documents required for registration at SIGA until the 23:59 pm do following day after sending the email by DAC. Documents required for registration are available in the Notice (and not Ticket Manual). It is the student's sole responsibility to verify receipt of the enrollment confirmation sent by DAC and to comply with the deadlines established for sending enrollment documentation. At an appropriate time and upon request by DAC, they must present the document for conference purposes. Subsequently, students actually enrolled will have 30 days to send other personal documents through SIGA.
Declaration of Interest in Vacancies – 1/4 to 5/4
From 9 am on April 1st until 17 pm on April 5th (Brasília time), Comvest will receive declarations of interest for vacancies. All candidates who completed the second phase, were not eliminated due to a zero score and were not called up for any of their options, up to and including the 4th call, must express interest in each of the options for which they have not yet been called, if they remain interested in possible vacancies in future calls. Declarations must be made electronically, on the Comvest website. Candidates selected for their second course option must also declare their interest in vacancies.
This year, the Unicamp Entrance Exam offers 3.237 places and the Olympic Vacancies modality offers 116 places.
