Entrepreneurs interested in participating in this year's selection of the Unicamp Entrepreneur Award, in any of the four open categories, but who have not yet registered, have a little more time to complete their defenses and submit them in the categories: Socio-environmental impact, Innovation, Female Leadership and Greater Growth (Scale-up).
This is because the organization, formed by Unicamp Innovation Agency (Inova) and the group of entrepreneurs Unicamp Ventures, extended the free registration period until September 20th, next Monday (inscriptions here).
It is worth remembering that it is possible for more than one partner of the company to register as long as the success stories are different or the same partner can register in more than one category with different success stories also suitable for the submission category. By registering in any of the categories, everyone will AUTOMATICALLY be competing for the Entrepreneur of the Year category, which in addition to the title will receive R$50 in marketing services (Sinapro table) offered by the sponsor Sabiá Agency.
Whoever wins in each of the categories will also have the opportunity to present the company in a pitch to the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem promoted by the University during the Unicamp Ventures Annual Meeting to be held on October 21, 2021 (Thursday).
Who can participate in the Unicamp Entrepreneur Award?
The award that recognizes the efforts of entrepreneurs in the four areas is intended only for partners of Unicamp's daughter companies registered, as enterprises founded by former students, students, teachers, researchers or employees of the State University of Campinas are called. Startups incubated or graduated in the Unicamp Technology-Based Business Incubator (Incamp) or the spin-offs of the University's technologies.
It is possible to check the more than a thousand Unicamp daughter companies registered in the Inova Unicamp website. If the company qualifies as a daughter of Unicamp, but is absent from the list, it is possible to register for free on the Inova Unicamp website to take advantage of this and other benefits.
