At the head of Unicamp's Dean of University Development (PRDU), Fernando Sarti considers that the resumption of career progression processes for faculty and staff and the planning of new projects for the University's growth are priority demands for his management. In an interview with TV Unicamp, the pro-rector highlights the integration between the University's various bodies as a way of contributing to sustainable growth. Regarding the country's political and economic scenario and how it can interfere with the PRDU's work, Sarti points out that the economic crisis continues to be a factor that requires attention. However, he assesses that the growth of university activities will bring benefits to society: "the University is the protagonist of development".
