Candidates for the Unicamp 2022 Entrance Exam can now check the location where they will take the first phase test, to be held in the next November 7, 2021 (www.comvest.unicamp.br). The Unicamp Permanent Entrance Exam Committee (Comvest) will also send candidates a message informing them of the location, as well as guidance on biosafety protocols. A leaflet with these guidelines can be accessed at http://www.comvest.unicamp.br/vestibular-2022/protocolos-de-biosseguranca-covid/. The test time for the first phase is four hours. There will be 72 multiple choice questions. They are registered in the process 63.298 candidates, which will compete for 2.540 places in 69 undergraduate courses. The Commission increased the number of testing rooms, to guarantee a distance of one meter between candidates. 1.749 rooms will be used to administer the test for the first phase of the Unicamp 2022 Entrance Exam.
Timetables
Candidates are advised to arrive at the test site at 12 noon (Brasília time), as access to the rooms will close at 13 pm. Those who arrive in advance should avoid crowds, maintaining a minimum distance of 1,0 meters. It is mandatory to wear a mask in all spaces.
In the State of São Paulo, Comvest will apply the first phase tests in 31 cities: Araçatuba, Barueri, Bauru, Botucatu, Bragança Paulista, Campinas, Franca, Guarulhos, Indaiatuba, Jundiaí, Limeira, Lorena, Marília, Mogi das Cruzes, Mogi Guaçu, Osasco, Piracicaba, Presidente Prudente, Ribeirão Preto, Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Santo André, Santos, São Bernardo do Campo, São Carlos, São João da Boa Vista, São José do Rio Preto, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Sorocaba, Sumaré and Valinhos. The only change in relation to the previous entrance exam is that the city of Fernandópolis has been removed. Outside the State of São Paulo, they receive the Unicamp Vestibular exams five capitals: Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Curitiba, Fortaleza and Salvador.
First phase
The first phase test consists of 72 multiple choice questions, distributed as follows: 12 questions from Portuguese Language and Portuguese Language Literatures, 12 questions from Mathematics, 8 questions from History and 8 questions from Geography (including Philosophy and Sociology), 8 questions from Physics, 8 questions from Chemistry, 8 questions of Biology and 8 questions of English. Each question has four alternatives.
What to bring to the test
Candidates must present the original of the identity document indicated in the application. They must also carry alcohol gel and extra masks (taking into account the possible need to change them during the test), as well as a black pen made of transparent material, a black pencil and an eraser. The use of a transparent ruler and compass will be permitted. The use of cell phones or any other electronic equipment is prohibited., type watches SmartWatch, liquid concealer, mechanical pencil, highlighter pen, cap, hat or other foreign proof materials. The use of a watch to keep track of time is permitted, but all watches must be placed next to the wallet.
The following are allowed: water, juices, sweets, wearing shorts and light clothing. Candidates will be able to drink water or juice in the rooms. The consumption of food in the rooms is prohibited, but there will be open and controlled spaces for this purpose.
