Unicamp's Technical College of Campinas (Cotuca) already operates in its own building on Rua Culto à Ciência, in the central region of Campinas. The historic building, from 1918, was listed as Historical and Cultural Heritage. In 2014, the Cotuca community had to leave the space. In 2020, the place began to be renovated.
Cotuca is a free, public educational institution that provides professional training at a technical level and offers secondary education, integrated with technical education, for some of its courses. The academic semester began with the presentation of the new space and the welcoming of students.
See in the report what this long-awaited and special day was like in the lives of teachers and students.
