Fundo Patronos launches the 2nd edition of Trilha de Carreiras

After great success among participants last year, the Patronos Patrimonial Fund launched the 2nd edition of Trilha de Carreiras, one of its most important projects. This year, there will be a five-month journey aimed at undergraduate students at Unicamp with completion scheduled for 2022 and 2023, preparing them for selection processes and structured and conscious career and professional development decisions. Registration must be made by May 15th on

One of Patronos’ pillars of activity is “People”. These are initiatives for the development of citizens who act in an empathetic, diverse and collaborative way in favor of a fairer and more sustainable society. Supporting Unicamp students in their career planning, professional development and preparation for selection processes is one of the ways that Patronos found to achieve this objective. “The transition period from university to the market is full of challenges and insecurities. Patronos seeks to reduce this and bring both sides closer together with the Career Track.” explains Mathias Strauss, director of Notices and Projects at Patronos.

This year, Trilha de Carreiras will offer complete content to Unicamp graduates. 60 students will be selected for individual mentoring sessions with former students who are now renowned professionals from different markets. The focus will be self-knowledge, career planning and exchange of experiences. There will also be a series of preparatory lectures for the most important stages of the selection processes, with discussions on career planning, CV building, interviews, dynamics and emotional preparation. Two round tables will propose reflections on career and work, in addition to a series of online content on behavioral skills and diversity in the market.

Finally, participants will have access to the web series “Um dia como…”. In it, former students consolidated in the market will talk about their work in their respective areas. “We are expanding the content of Trilha de Carreiras, seeking to repeat last year’s success and increase the impact on the professional development of Unicamp graduates”, highlight Larissa Nigro, Matheus Leone and Guilherme Oliveira, organizers of the program.

Registration for 2022 and 23 graduates and mentors will open until May 15th and will be carried out exclusively through the program's website.
