MatchIT's recent participation in Bü Connect Campinas not only resulted in a victory and a prize worth R$10, but also provided the startup based in the Unicamp Scientific and Technological Park, an enriching learning process during business immersion. MatchIT CEO, Rose Ramos, shared her experience participating in the first edition of the event, which brought together entrepreneurs from different fields to exchange ideas, inspiring stories and insights valuable.
The immersion proved to be an exciting opportunity for Match IT, allowing it to connect with other entrepreneurs and hear success stories. Ramos emphasized the importance of listening to stories of successful entrepreneurs and absorbing management tips from different fields of knowledge. For her, one of the most fascinating aspects of the experience was observing how the paths taken by these entrepreneurs begin with solid strategic planning, an area of knowledge that she personally appreciates.
"What was most interesting for me was observing the method they use, starting from strategic planning, which is an area of knowledge that I deeply value. It was a validation that we are on the right path, with well-structured strategic planning and a vision clear of our direction. We implement our action plans, adopting the appropriate correction when necessary", commented the CEO of Match IT.
In addition to the focus on strategic planning, Ramos also expressed his satisfaction with the material presented during the immersion. She recognized the importance of strengthening leadership capabilities as the startup grows and faces new challenges. Insights for an entrepreneurial journey
During the immersion, Match IT also had the opportunity to explore different commercial paths and various growth strategies at different stages of the business, especially when it comes to sales. According to the CEO, these insights will serve as guidelines as the startup progress on your entrepreneurial journey.
In addition to discussions focused on the business world, the immersion offered a dose of human inspiration through the story of overcoming life told by a former sportsman, Roger Chedid.
