Technology at the service of the environment

Ua study on the use of technological tools in the municipal management of water resources, the importance of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in public policies, the involvement of the scientific community in environmental issues and the generation of electricity from the processing of domestic waste. These issues were recently addressed in four theses and projects that reveal Unicamp's contribution to issues related to sustainable development, the central theme of the Rio+10 Conference, which takes place between August 26th and September 4th in South Africa.
