Bilac, the journalist
Anthony Dimas
Collection consisting of two volumes of chronicles and one of essays, which proposes the reading of a new Bilac. This is a work of patient mining by the author, in the press of Rio and São Paulo, between 1890 and 1910, which presents the poet leader of the Parnassian movement as a journalist who witnessed Rio's modernization and fell for it, in the expectation that our citizenship arrived earlier and went further.
