- popular computer
Despite not having a university degree, I regularly visit the Unicamp website, as all the subjects discussed here are of extreme interest and social value. I couldn't expect anything less from such a renowned and innovative public education institution. My modest congratulations on that. The matter in question, that is, the popular computer, dream and project of this valiant Brazilian citizen, professor Jaime Szajner, is without a shadow of a doubt something that should be publicized by all types of media in Brazil, but unfortunately that is not what occurs.

As I work on assembling and configuring hardware outside of my working hours as a way of improving my income, this article made a special impression on me. Like the emeritus professor, I share the same dream that thousands of people will have new horizons opened in their lives with the advent of digital inclusion.

In my alternative field of activity, it is very common for components to be left over due to an upgrade carried out by my clients, a fact that has sometimes enabled me, from these leftovers, to assemble reasonable computers, so that at least the person can have an introduction to this universe. The few pieces of equipment I managed to put together, all with just the complete CPU, plus a mouse and keyboard without multimedia, I donated to people who were notably needy and who made the effort and acquired the missing component, in this case, the monitor.

I hope that society in general, not just the government, pays attention to valuable initiatives like that of Professor Jaime Szajner, who is teaching a citizenship class. Who knows, maybe Brazil will become a better country. Congratulations on the excellent article.

-Cadeira
I would like to congratulate Unicamp and especially the team of professors Celso Arruda and Alfredo Lopes for developing the KAEL seat for transporting children in cars. As a Brazilian and especially as a native of Campinas, I feel proud of our institutions and their professionals who surpass themselves every day .

-craters
Congratulations to Professor Alvaro Crosta for discovering craters in the south of the country. May his name be recognized internationally, elevating the concept of our Unicamp.

-Spanish flu
I want to congratulate Jornal da Unicamp for the report on the Spanish flu. I really liked!

Innovation
As I followed some of the Innovation Diligence interview stages with Professor Vichi, providing advice on industrial property issues, I can say that the information contained in this article is very representative of the progress made by this project. This will help and encourage other researchers to engage in this same type of process. Congratulations to the Jornal da Unicamp team for this impartial, complete and high-quality work.
