EThis publication aims to offer a document, by Unicamp, on the expertise aimed at identifying political missing persons among the more than 1.000 bones discovered in the Dom Bosco, Campo Grande and Xambio cemeteries, carried out over seven years by professionals from the Department of Legal Medicine. There is no knowledge of identification work of this magnitude in world literature. For this very reason, he caused a lot of controversy. And, also for this reason, Jornal da Unicamp sought to hear from all parties involved in the project, recording pro-contra statements in an impartial manner.
